the interpello.

Some comuni (but not all) use a smart phone app called MYCITY where you can access some of the comune information. You must be in Italy to download the app from
Apple's app store. I used a VPN to set my location in Italy and I was able to download it to my iPhone. Once I downloaded it, it seemed to work
from anywhere in the world without a VPN.
